Terms

These are our general terms of business. If nothing else has been explicitly agreed to in writing then these are the terms that are valid.

Ou rmerchandise is covered by a three (3) year warranty against any defects in material and workmanship. Warranty covers parts not labor, removal, installation or other consequential costs.

We ship F.O.B. from our warehouse in Boynton Beach, Florida or from the port as selected by our customer.

Returns

Returns are not accepted unless they are explicitly approved by Smart Showers. A return and restocking fee of 25% of the sales price is required. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless it has been determined that the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage in shipping.  Since we back our product 100%, no charges will accrue under these conditions.

Any returned merchandise has to be packed in original factory carton and all packaging materials and be in full resalable condition.
